Benjamin M. Lash

Benjamin M. Lash, 83, of Brownstown Township, MI, passed away at 6:22 p.m., Friday, November 18, 2022 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI.

Benjamin was born in West Newton, PA on March 21, 1939, to the late Benjamin T. and Martha Violet (Maxwell) Lash. He married Lynn (Solomon) at Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Tiffin on September 12, 1970.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Lynn of Brownstown, MI, a sister, Gretchen Estreicher, niece Meridith Grommon and nephews, Benjamin J. Estreicher, Shawn Bintz, Aaron Solomon, Jason Solomon, great-nieces, Gracie and Taylor Solomon, Alexis Grommon and great nephews, Walker Keller and Riley Solomon.

Benjamin worked for over 50 years in corporate valuation consulting. Many of those years were in Europe. He enjoyed living and traveling in Canada and Europe with his wife. At home Benjamin was a great reader.

Funeral services for Benjamin will be at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services on Tuesday at Greenlawn cemetery.
