Blake William Tyree

Blake William Tyree, 4 months old, of Tiffin, passed away at 8:30 p.m., Sunday, September 19, 2021 in the Emergency Room at Tiffin Mercy Hospital.

Blake was born May 11, 2021, in Toledo, to Chad and Tori (Foster) Tyree of Tiffin.

Survivors include his two brothers, Jordan Reino of Tiffin, August Goodsite of Crestline, two sisters, Marlee Reino and his twin sister, Karsyn Tyree  both of Tiffin, maternal grandparents, Kyle Foster of Tiffin, Robin (Eric) McCormack of Fostoria and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Blake was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William (Dianna) Tyree.

There will be a Celebration of Blake's life held at 1:00 p.m., on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at Grace Community Church in Tiffin with Pastor Zach Pinkerton officiating. Visitation for friends and family will also be held on Tuesday, from noon until the time of the service at the church. There will be no burial held at this time. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to his twin sister, Karsyn for her future educational cost at any Old Fort Banking Company location.
