Brenna Schubach Obituary

Brenna M. Schubach, 26, of Green Springs, lost her battle with addiction on January 24, 2022, after many attempts to defeat that evil, at Mercy Hospital in Tiffin.

Brenna was born April 11, 1995, in Bowling Green to Pamela Schubach and she survives in Clyde. Other survivors include her two daughters, Paisley Long of Green Springs and Aliyah “Piper” Whitt of Tiffin; a brother, Tressel Webb of Clyde; a sister, Lexi Hunter of Bellevue; Maternal Grandparents, Wynn and Linda Schubach of Green Springs; Paternal Grandmother, Judy Hunter of Sandusky; three Aunts, Jolena (Cory) Miller, DeAnna (Darin) King and Veronica (Chad) Windsor all of Tiffin. She is also survived by cousins Aaron Stout, Justin Stout, Austin Legg, Jerrod (Dani) Windsor, Taylor Windsor, Blake Miller, Sophia Miller, Addison King, Landon King and Britton King.

Brenna was a 2013 graduate of Clyde high school.  She was artistic and loved to entertain people with her singing and dancing. She also enjoyed performing with her baton and couldn’t wait to teach her daughters the skill when they were older. Brenna was a fun loving happy child who brought so much joy to her family. Not only was she beautiful on the outside, she was on the inside as well, as her soul could light up a room with just her smile. Those who knew Brenna will always remember that smile, as it was seen frequently. She had dreams of pursuing a career in the medical field after school, but these demons had other ideas and she spent years struggling and suffering.

There will be a private family service held for Brenna at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin with Pastor Forrest Kirchenbauer and Rev. Matthew Rader officiating. There will be no burial held at this time.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Britten J. Hess Memorial Scholarship Fund or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
