Charles "Chuck" F. Perkins, 63, of Tiffin, passed away at 12:10 p.m., Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at his residence.

Chuck was born on August 24, 1957 in Tiffin, to Verlin E. and Nancy J. (Jordan) Perkins. He married Lillie R. (Clinger) in Tiffin on December 24, 1990.

Survivors include his mother, Nancy Perkins of Tiffin, his wife of 30 years, Lillie Perkins of Tiffin, a son, Zackery (Danielle) Perkins of Tiffin, two grandchildren, Zoey and Draven Perkins both of Tiffin, a brother, Glenn (Lori) Perkins of Tiffin and a sister, Verlinda Allison also of Tiffin.

Chuck worked as a Tool & Die maker and was a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School.

Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Verlin and a brother-in-law, Kenneth Allison.

There will be no funeral services for Chuck at this time. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.
