Daniel L. King, 67, of Carey, passed away at 4:04 p.m., Friday, July 23, 2021 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay.
Daniel was born October 7, 1953 in Washington, PA, to the late Clyde T. and Mary E. "Liz" (Wheatley) King. He married Terry (Williams) in 1980 and they later divorced, then he married Karen (Sturgill) and she preceded him in death in April of 2019.
Survivors include his two daughters, Jessica May of Tiffin and Bekki (Sean) Peck of Republic, six grandchildren, Courtney, Gavyn, Addyson, Elliott, Brayden and Grayson, twin brother, David (JoAnn) King of Tiffin, and a sister Sharon (Ray) Baker of Tiffin.
Daniel graduated in 1972 from Tiffin Columbian High School. He had previously worked at Quincy Garage Door and General Electric both in Tiffin. He was a previous member of the Tiffin Eagles and the Carey Conservation Club. Daniel enjoyed fishing, photography and just spending time with his friends in Carey.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Greenlawn cemetery. There will be no visitation held at this time. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.
