Donna J. Eidenour

Donna Jean Eidenour, 87, of Burgoon, passed away at 2:30 a.m., Sunday, January 23, 2022 at the Randall Residence in Fremont.

Donna was born July 6, 1934, in Liberty Township, to the late Charles Wayne and Catherine Ann (Stuckey) Byers. She married Clifford "Pete" Eidenour, Jr., in Greenup, KY on October 5, 1950 and he preceded her in death on November 4, 2016.

Survivors include her children, Sharon Yaros of Cleveland, Rick (Shirley) Eidenour of Fostoria, Roger (Cindy) Eidenour of Burgoon, eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and a sister, Leann Norman of Bloomville.

Donna was a homemaker who enjoyed her family, wood working with her husband, camping and cooking.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter, Pamela Eidenour and a brother, Duane Herbert Byers.

The family would like to thank the staff at Randall Residence of Fremont and Heartland Hospice for their exceptional care that was given to their mother.

Funeral services for Donna will be at 5:00 p.m., on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Bettsville. Visitation for family and friends will also be held on Wednesday, from 4:00 p.m., until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Smith Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice of Fremont or  Down Syndrome Association of Northwest Ohio.
