Donnie Fitzpatrick Obituary

Donnie N. Fitzpatrick, 79, of Tiffin, passed away at 6:06 a.m., Thursday, March 30, 2023, at his residence.

Donnie was born December 22, 1943, in Akron, to the late Reginald and Julia (Kilgore) Boltz. He married Julie (McBrien-Fox) in Diamond Caverns, KY on September 13, 2000 and she survives in Tiffin.

Also surviving are his children, Perry Fitzpatrick, Frank Fitzpatrick both of Michigan, Michael Fitzpatrick, Matthew Fitzpatrick both of Bettsville, two step-children, Jill (Philip) Reuter, Fred Carter both of Tiffin, nine grandchildren, two step-great-granddaughters and a brother, David Fitzpatrick of Tiffin.

Donnie worked as a carpenter/laborer and enjoyed showing Gladiolus flowers in competition. He was a 1962 graduate from Bettsville High School and a United States Army Veteran who served two tours in Vietnam.

There will be no funeral services for Donnie held at this time. Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.
