Iziah Patton

Iziah Michael Lee Patton, of Bloomville, was born Friday, May 1, 2026 at Mercy Health —Tiffin Hospital. He passed away on Monday, May 4, 2026 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus with his parents, Jeremiah and Michelle (Ratliff) Patton, by his side.

Baby Iziah is also survived by his sister, KayLonna Patton of Bloomville, maternal grandmother, Brenda Ratliff (Brandon Shulaw) of Bloomville, paternal grandparents, Ian (Ada) White of South Carolina, adopted paternal grandparents, Richard (Ashley) Patton of Carey, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Baby Iziah was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Michael Ratliff, and paternal grandmother Angel Bland.

There will be a visitation held for family and friends from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026 at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin.
