Nathan Coats Obituary

Nathan L. Coats, 87, of Tiffin, passed away at 10:15 p.m., Saturday, January 28, 2023 at St. Francis Home in Tiffin, OH.

Nathan was born September 29, 1935 in Findley, MI, to the late Joseph Donovan and Bonita F. (Radley) Coats.

Survivors include his wife, Rae Coats of Toledo, a daughter, Nedra Coats of Toledo, a son, Tom (Danielle) of Tiffin, two nieces, Debbie and Lucy and two nephews, William and Robert.

Nathan worked in the printing/business forms industry. He enjoyed gardening and working in the yard. Nathan was a 1954 graduate of Bronson High School in Michigan and was a Untied States Army Veteran.

Nathan was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, William O. Coats and a niece, Claudia.

There will be no funeral services for Nathan held at this time. Burial will be held at Bronson Cemetery in Bronson, Michigan at a later date. The Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin is assisting the family with their arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Home in Tiffin, OH or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
