Tony Predieri Jr., 91, of Attica, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at his residence.
Tony was born in Willard, on June 3, 1935 to the late Tony Carl and Della Mae (Adams) Predieri. He married Virginia Marie (Nagel) at First Baptist Church in Attica on August 11, 1957 and she preceded him in death on February 28, 2024.
Survivors include his daughters, Nancy (Jerry) Smoot of Republic, Cindy (Dave) Daniel of Willard, Tina (Dave) Strausbaugh of New Washington; six grandchildren, Beth (Cory) Fry of Bloomville, Nathan (Rachel) Smoot of Tiffin, Miranda (Craig) Bordner of Attica, Chad (Clara) Daniel of Ferndale, MI, Emily (Jay) Myers of Huron, and Adam Daniel of Willard; eight great-grandchildren, Cobe Fry, Grayson Smoot, Brinley, Aiden, and Noelle Daniel, Quinn Bordner, Jackson and Violet Myers, a brother, Steve (Janet) Predieri of Willard, and a sister, Barb Turner of North Ridgeville.
Tony retired from Pepperidge Farm in Willard and was a member of First Baptist Church in Attica. He also served in the United States National Guard from 1958 until 1966. Tony was a 1953 graduate of North Fairfield High School.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and five sisters, Susan Maudsley, Pauline Tschappat, Julie Danhoff, Rosemary Lenhart and an infant sister, Dorothy Predieri.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Helping Hands, for the wonderful care given to Tony during this difficult time and a very special thanks to Barb Gerber, Jackie Picklesimer, Carla Barnett and Averi Robinson.
There will be a graveside service for Tony held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 17, 2026 at Attica Venice Cemetery. The Lindsey-Shook Funeral Home in Bloomville is assisting the family with their arrangements.
